National Youth Director, Mother Carolyn Whittiker and Dr. Jamilah Page, National E. Bernice
Harris Scholarship Essay Chairlady, are grateful to announce a new edition to the E. Bernice
Harris Scholarship. The Programming Champions Awards, inspired by Apostle Micheal D.
Pollard, Sr., has been created to celebrate the excellence exemplified by our elementary, middle,
and high school scholars. The program has been conceived and presented by Student Doctor
Hadiyah Page, a 2014 recipient of the E. Bernice Harris Scholarship. It is our sincere hope and
prayer that we can establish a new tradition of excellence and encourage our youth to continue to
strive for greatness!

A maximum of four (4) youth nominated from each district must meet the following
requirements:
       ★ Grades K-10
       ★ A or A/B Honor Roll
       ★ Active in local and/or district youth departments
Each scholar must submit:
       ❖ 1 copy of official 2023-2024 report card/transcript
       ❖ 1 recommendation letter signed by a local/district YED Supervisor and/or local
            Shepherd.
       ❖ 1 headshot of scholar

Submission requirements:
       1. Include first name of scholar, last name, and district . ex “HadiyahPage_6DW”
       2. PDF format only.
